We serve Native Americans and their families in the greater Phoenix area and surrounding communities that are experiencing chronic homelessness. Our housing assistance program provides individuals and families with cost-free supportive housing and essential services. We also provide referrals to other community programs and agencies that promote wellness. Our organization assists individuals with applying for state and federal assistance programs.
Organization History
360 Foundation was founded in 2020 by a group of concerned individuals determined to combat homelessness through organizing, advocacy, education, and street outreach. Today, the key to our success is the elements of rapid re-housing and supportive living.
Mission/Vision
The 360 Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose sole purpose is to end homelessness within the Native American population. Our staff and volunteers are here to empower homeless individuals to regain their dignity and independence through advocacy, mentoring, and life-skills training.
